JEANNIE DAFFORN

As a former medical assistant for over 15 years, Jeannie Dafforn’s passion for helping others grew while she ignored her own needs. She struggled with navigating life’s ups and downs, juggling multiple responsibilities and often feeling stuck, searching for a deeper sense of purpose. She felt driven to find an answer and through a tireless pursuit of knowledge and personal growth, she learned valuable skills for time management, stress reduction, and holistic well-being. This knowledge led her to become a National Board-Certified Wellness Coach.
After overcoming burnout and stress, Jeannie tore off her scrubs and never looked back. Now, with over four years of experience coaching others, her mission is clear: to help high-achieving women balance life, work, family and personal goals so that they can rediscover the joy in their lives.
